Mozzarella & Tomato
Ingredients:
White bread
150g buffalo mozzarella
8 teaspoons olive oil
8 cherry tomatoes
2 handfuls of pine nuts
fresh basil
Salt and pepper
Ingredients:
Cut the white bread into slices. Wash the tomatoes and halve, finely cut the mozzarella. De-stem the basil, grind the leaves. Sauté the pine nuts briefly in a pan, without fat. Now place the tomatoes, the mozzarella, the pine nuts, the basil in a bowl, season with salt and pepper, add the olive oil and stir. Serve with slices of white bread.
