Olive Tapenade

made with black olives

Ingredients:

200g black pitted olives
3 tbsp liquid honey
80ml olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves
1 lemon
Salt
Pepper

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients (olives, honey, olive oil, peeled garlic) a mixer. Cut 3 fresh chunks from the lemon (even some zest) and add, again briefly mixing. Also, an option is adding a squirt of the lemon juice. Taste and season with salt and pepper.

made with red olives

Ingredients:

200g red pitted olives
3 tbsp liquid honey
80ml olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves
1 lemon
Salt
Pepper

Preparation:

Mix all ingredients (olives, honey, olive oil, peeled garlic) in a mixer. Cut out three 3 lemon fruit chunks (even some zest) and add, again mixing briefly. The option is also advisable, of adding a splash of lemon juice into the mix. Taste and season with salt and pepper.
