Pa amb Oli

Ingredients:

2 slices white bread, toasted
2 garlic cloves
2 cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and Pepper

Preparation:

The bread now on a flat surface (e.g. a small board), halve the cloves of garlic. Rub the garlic cloves with some pressure onto the bread, halve the tomatoes and the fruit flesh onto the garlic bread. Drizzle over with some olive oil and round off with some salt and pepper.
