Hummus
Ingredients:
1 small tin of chickpeas
1 clove of garlic
1 lemon
4 Tbsp sesame paste (tahini)
4 Tbsp olive oil
Salt
Chilli seasoning
Ground cumin
White bread
Preparation:
Peel garlic and chop finely. Press the lemon. Puree the chickpeas along with the garlic, lemon juice, sesame paste and the olive oil. Season with salt, cumin, and some chili. Serve with white bread.
